This qualification is delivered in workshop, project and traineeship models.

This qualification is comprised of 13 units of competency - 2 core and 11 electives. The following course structure has been designed to ensure a program that caters for a diverse range of job opportunities within the administrative and business sectors. For the Workshop and Project models the units have been set. Trainees and their employers have a range of electives to choose from that will support their core business needs.
